Basic is free for archive creation, up to 250 MB of synchronized original media, and Shared Essentials. Premium is $4.99/month or $39.99/year for preservation, up to 5 GB of synchronized original media, family and legacy workflows, portable backup, and every non-AI record the owner already granted. Ever Known AI is Coming Soon at $12.99/month or $99.99/year and is not for sale.
Write memories, record your voice, preserve photographs, video, and documents, and connect entries to the people and moments that give them meaning. Owners do not need a subscription to create or manage their own archive.
Invite a specific person and decide which records they may receive. Relationship labels, trustee status, and payment never create permission, while Only Me and Never Share records remain unavailable to viewers.
An invited viewer can use Basic to access records the owner both permitted and marked as Shared Essentials. Private records never appear as a reward for subscribing.
Premium is $4.99/month or $39.99/year. It supports preservation, up to 5 GB of synchronized original media, family and legacy workflows, portable backup, and all non-AI records already granted by the owner. It cannot broaden the owner’s permission.
The same Ever Known account, invitations, owner permissions, archive records, and verified subscription entitlement work across both platforms through the authenticated shared service.
Ever Known AI will include Premium plus AI interviews, adaptive questioning, knowledge-gap analysis, grounded conversational representation, AI organization and extraction, and separately consented synthetic conversational voice. Its planned price is $12.99/month or $99.99/year, but it remains Coming Soon and unavailable for purchase.

How It Works
The archive owner remains in control of editing, correction, invitations, revocation, export, and deletion.

One-time invitations bind an invited person to the identity used for Named People permissions.

Never Share is an item-level privacy choice. Content marked Never Share remains unavailable to viewers and trustees. A relationship, invitation, subscription, or trustee role does not override it.
