Overview
This policy explains how Crack the Vault handles information. The game does not require a Goodale Studios account and does not provide a Goodale Studios cloud-sync service.
Crack the Vault is designed as a general-audience, all-ages game. Its advertising configuration requests Google’s General content rating and presents consent or privacy choices where required.
Information stored on your device
Crack the Vault stores gameplay progress locally on your device. This includes coins, XP, unlocked jobs, stars, best times, selected and unlocked dial skins, attempts, completed vaults, daily-reward progress, rewarded-video claim history, and the count used to limit full-screen ad frequency.
Music, sound-effect, and haptic preferences are also stored locally. Goodale Studios does not receive this local game progress from the app.
Local progress may be removed if you delete the app or its data, subject to any separate device backup provided by Apple.
Advertising and privacy choices
Crack the Vault uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded videos and occasional frequency-capped full-screen ads at natural gameplay breaks. Rewarded videos are always initiated by the player. Normal play does not require watching a rewarded video.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, consent status, and fraud-prevention signals to deliver, limit, measure, and secure advertising.
Where required, Google’s consent flow is shown before ads are requested and a Privacy Choices control is available in the game. Ad availability and personalization may vary by age, region, consent choice, device, and network conditions. Google handles advertising information under its own privacy policies.
Information the game does not request
Crack the Vault does not ask you to create a profile or provide a name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone recordings, camera access, health information, or payment-card details to Goodale Studios.
The current build does not include a Goodale Studios analytics account or a player chat, leaderboard, social feed, or user-generated-content feature.
Children and families
Crack the Vault does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information to Goodale Studios. Parents and guardians should supervise a child’s device, advertising choices, and email communications and should use device-level family and privacy controls appropriate for their household.
If you believe a child sent personal information to Goodale Studios through a support email, contact us so the message can be reviewed and deleted when legally permitted.
Support and website access
If you email support, Goodale Studios receives your email address and anything you choose to include. Support messages are used to answer the request, diagnose problems, protect the app, and keep a reasonable support record.
The Goodale Studios website host may process routine request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp to deliver and secure the website. Website access is separate from locally stored Crack the Vault progress.
Your choices and deletion
You can change music, sound, haptic, and available advertising privacy choices inside the game. You can remove locally stored game information by deleting the app, subject to any separate Apple device backup.
You may ask Goodale Studios to delete a support message by emailing peter.goodale@icloud.com, subject to information that must be retained for security, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes. Goodale Studios does not sell information collected directly through Crack the Vault.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when Crack the Vault, its advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. Material updates will appear here with a revised effective date.
