Delete from the app
Sign in to the Ever Known account you want to remove. Open Settings, choose Account & Sharing, select Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm. If the device is offline, keep the app installed and reconnect so the deletion request can finish.
Account deletion removes the account, active sessions, hosted subscription entitlement, viewer authorizations, owned uploaded archive records, and owned uploaded original media from the Ever Known service. A local working copy can remain on this or another device until you delete that archive or clear the app’s data separately.
Delete an archive without deleting your account
To remove one Ever Known archive while keeping your account, open that archive, go to Settings, choose Delete This Ever Known, review the warning, and confirm. You can keep using the same account for any other archives that remain.
Deleting an owner archive removes its local profile data and original media and requests deletion of that profile's uploaded records and private media from the Ever Known service. If the device is offline, keep the app installed and reconnect so the hosted deletion request can finish. Export the archive first if you want an independent copy.
If you cannot use the app, email support@goodalestudios.com from the account address with the subject “Ever Known Data Deletion.” Identify only the archive or profile you want removed. Do not send stories, recordings, passwords, invitation codes, payment details, or an archive export. Goodale Studios may request limited verification before deleting hosted data.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@goodalestudios.com from the address associated with the Ever Known account and use the subject “Ever Known Account Deletion.” Include only the account email and display name needed to identify the request. Do not attach stories, recordings, archive exports, passwords, invitation codes, payment details, or other private family material.
Goodale Studios may ask for limited additional verification before deleting an account so another person cannot erase it without authorization. The request will be acknowledged through the associated email address.
What may remain
Apple or Google may retain store transaction records under their own policies. Goodale Studios may retain limited records when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or law. Copies another person deliberately exported or saved outside Ever Known cannot be retrieved by revoking access or deleting the account.
