Include your iPhone model, iOS version, NextProof version and build, the screen you were using, the steps before the problem, and the exact error message. Redact confidential employer, client, or career information when possible.

No Goodale Studios account is required. On supported devices, private sync uses the Apple Account already signed in to iCloud.

NextProof stores evidence in its private app data store. Supported signed-in devices can sync through your private iCloud account. Goodale Studios does not operate a server that receives your proof vault.

No. You can type every note. Voice capture is optional and requires microphone and on-device speech-recognition permission.

NextProof uses a deterministic local fallback so typed capture remains available. Always review generated wording before saving it.

The free tier includes seven active proof entries, trajectory insights, packet preview, and private iCloud sync. Pro unlocks an unlimited vault, decision simulations, weekly reminders, and PDF export.

Use Restore purchases on the paywall or in Settings with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple manages billing and cancellation in App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

NextProof refuses to switch silently to a different database if the canonical vault cannot open. Check available storage, iCloud status, and your connection, then use Try again.

Delete an individual entry from its detail screen or choose Delete all local evidence in Settings. Deletion of cloud-synced evidence may propagate to your other devices.
