This policy is specific to Green Pro 365
This Privacy Policy applies to the Green Pro 365 app and Green Pro 365 pages on the Goodale Studios website. Other Goodale Studios apps have separate privacy policies.
Green Pro 365 is a business-management app. Businesses using it decide what customer, property, employee, and service information to enter and are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to use that information.
Information the app can process
Depending on the features used, Green Pro 365 can process a business profile; an optional Apple account identifier and display name; customer names and contact details; service addresses, property coordinates, and notes; estimates, jobs, schedules, invoices, and locally recorded payment status; crew names and time entries; checklists and selected service photos; labor and material costs; route and storm-event records; and App Store subscription entitlement status.
Do not enter sensitive personal information that is not necessary to schedule, document, bill, or support property services.
Optional account and data storage
Sign in with Apple is optional. If you use it, Apple supplies an account identifier and may supply a display name. Green Pro 365 stores that account information on the device so it can recognize the signed-in user. Apple may provide a relay email address if the user chooses Hide My Email.
Operational records are stored locally by the app. A private Apple CloudKit snapshot can be stored when the app’s CloudKit integration is configured and used. The current release does not automatically share business records with other team members or devices.
Photos, property locations, and routes
Green Pro 365 accesses a photo only after a user selects it for a job. Selected service photos are stored in the app’s local data directory and remain associated with the related service record.
Property coordinates entered with customer records can be displayed on a map and used to order route stops. The current release does not request continuous or background device location and does not record a user’s location history.
Payments and subscriptions
Apple processes Green Pro 365 subscriptions through StoreKit and the App Store. The app receives product, pricing, transaction, and entitlement status from Apple so it can display and restore purchases. Goodale Studios does not receive full payment-card details from Apple.
The current release lets a business record an invoice as paid or unpaid on the device. It does not collect or process a customer’s payment-card details or send invoice payments to a third-party payment processor.
Messages and external services
The current release can create and retain customer-message drafts or service updates in the app’s local business records. It does not send those messages through SMS or email. If outbound delivery is added later, this policy will be updated before message data is shared with a delivery provider.
Green Pro 365 uses Apple services for optional sign-in, App Store subscriptions, maps, photo selection, and configured CloudKit storage. Those services are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy practices.
Business and customer responsibilities
The business using Green Pro 365 controls the customer, property, employee, and service information it enters. Customers of a lawn or snow business should direct questions about those records to that business first because the business controls the service relationship and entered data.
Businesses are responsible for giving required privacy notices, protecting device and Apple account access, and complying with employment, communications, payment, and data-protection laws that apply to their operations.
Retention, export, and deletion
Business records remain on the device until the user edits them, resets the sample data, deletes the app, or uses the account-deletion feature. The in-app export tool can create a portable JSON copy of supported records. Users should export records they are legally required to retain before deleting them.
Signed-in users can permanently delete their Green Pro 365 account and app data from More → Delete Account and Data. After the user types DELETE and confirms, the app removes the stored Apple account identifier and display name, the private CloudKit snapshot if present, local business records, and local service photos. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription, which must be managed separately through Apple.
Security
Green Pro 365 relies on Apple platform protections, local app storage, Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, and Apple’s security controls for configured services. Network connections to configured external services use secure system frameworks. No system is perfectly secure. Businesses should use a device passcode, keep iOS current, protect their Apple Account, and control access to exported files.
No advertising sale or cross-app tracking
Goodale Studios does not sell Green Pro 365 business records and does not use customer or property records for cross-app behavioral advertising. The app is not designed around third-party advertising or data-broker activity.
Children, changes, and contact
Green Pro 365 is intended for business operators and workers and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as features, providers, or legal requirements change; the effective date will be revised when that happens.
