This policy is specific to Green Pro 365
This Privacy Policy applies to the Green Pro 365 app and Green Pro 365 pages on the Goodale Studios website. Other Goodale Studios apps have separate privacy policies.
Green Pro 365 is a business-management app. Businesses using it decide what customer, property, employee, and service information to enter and are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to use that information.
Information the app can process
Depending on the features used, Green Pro 365 can process business profile information; account identifiers; customer names and contact details; service addresses and property notes; estimates, jobs, schedules, invoices, and payment status; crew assignments and time entries; field notes, checklists, and photos; equipment, material, chemical, weather, route, and storm-event records; and subscription status.
Do not enter sensitive personal information that is not necessary to schedule, document, bill, or support property services.
Accounts and cloud synchronization
When Sign in with Apple and cloud synchronization are enabled, Apple supplies an account identifier and Green Pro 365 stores business records in services configured for the app, including Apple CloudKit. Apple may provide a relay email address if the user chooses Hide My Email.
Cloud-synchronized records are used to keep authorized devices and team members up to date, recover business data, and operate requested app features. Access is limited according to the business account and role configuration.
Photos, location, routes, and weather
Green Pro 365 accesses a photo only after a user selects or captures it for a property or job. Photos can be stored with the related service record and synchronized when cloud photo storage is enabled.
Location can be used to display properties, provide navigation, order routes, record job arrival or departure, and attach relevant weather information. Permission can be declined or changed in iOS Settings. The app should not collect continuous location unless the user enables a feature that clearly requires it.
Payments and subscriptions
Apple processes Green Pro 365 subscriptions through StoreKit and the App Store. Goodale Studios receives subscription and entitlement information but does not receive full payment-card details from Apple.
If a business enables customer invoice payments, a payment provider such as Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. Green Pro 365 can receive identifiers, status, amount, and related transaction information needed to reconcile the invoice; full card details should remain with the payment provider.
Messages and service providers
At a business user’s direction, Green Pro 365 can send appointment reminders, dispatch updates, completion messages, estimates, invoices, or support communications through Apple notifications, email, or an optional messaging provider. The destination address or phone number and message content are shared with the selected provider only to deliver that communication.
Goodale Studios can use service providers for cloud hosting, security, error monitoring, email, messaging, payments, weather, maps, and customer support. Providers are permitted to process information only for the contracted service and apply their own legal and security obligations.
Business administrators and customer responsibilities
A business account administrator controls team access and may be able to view, correct, export, or delete records created by team members. Customers of a lawn or snow business should direct record questions to that business first because the business controls the service relationship and entered data.
Businesses are responsible for giving required privacy notices, protecting login access, limiting team permissions, and complying with employment, communications, payment, chemical-record, and data-protection laws that apply to their operations.
Retention, export, and deletion
Business records remain while the account is active or as needed to provide the service, maintain backups, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. In-app export tools can create a portable copy of supported records.
Authorized users can delete individual records where the app allows. Account-deletion requests can be sent to support. Some invoice, payment, tax, safety, or service records may need to be retained when required by law or a legitimate dispute-preservation obligation.
Security
Green Pro 365 uses Apple platform protections and is designed to use encrypted network connections, role-based access, provider-managed payment credentials, and account-scoped cloud storage. No system is perfectly secure. Businesses should use device passcodes, current operating systems, strong account security, and prompt removal of former workers.
No advertising sale or cross-app tracking
Goodale Studios does not sell Green Pro 365 business records and does not use customer or property records for cross-app behavioral advertising. The app is not designed around third-party advertising or data-broker activity.
Children, changes, and contact
Green Pro 365 is intended for business operators and workers and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as features, providers, or legal requirements change; the effective date will be revised when that happens.
