This policy is specific to BandBeam
This Privacy Policy applies to the BandBeam iPhone app and BandBeam-specific pages on the Goodale Studios website. Other Goodale Studios apps have their own privacy policies.
BandBeam does not require a Goodale Studios account and does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Information you choose to add
BandBeam can store the band profile, member details, songs, setlists, venue leads, contact details, show dates, deal terms, notes, advance and packing checklists, payout calculations, saved name ideas, app preferences, and Premium entitlement state that you enter or create.
This information is used to provide the organization, timing, booking, sharing, and show-day features you request. Goodale Studios does not receive your band database through the app and cannot browse or remotely retrieve it for you.
On-device storage
BandBeam stores band records in the app’s private container on your iPhone. The current version does not operate a Goodale Studios account or app-data server and does not automatically sync your band records to Goodale Studios.
You can edit or delete individual records, or use Delete all band data in Settings to remove the band profile, songs, setlists, shows, and roadmap progress stored by BandBeam on that iPhone. Loading the demo band replaces the current local band data. Deleting the app also removes its local container, subject to Apple device backup and restore behavior.
Subscriptions and Apple services
When BandBeam Premium becomes available, Apple will process purchases, payment information, renewals, and eligible refunds. BandBeam reads Apple-verified product and entitlement information to display subscription choices, unlock Premium features, observe transaction changes, and restore purchases.
Goodale Studios does not receive payment-card details through BandBeam. Apple processes App Store and Apple Account information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
Sharing and external destinations
BandBeam does not automatically publish or send your band records. When you choose to share a set sheet, booking pitch, or name idea, the app opens Apple’s system share sheet and sends only the content you selected to the destination you choose.
The selected messaging, email, cloud, social, or other destination handles that shared content under its own terms and privacy practices. Goodale Studios does not receive a copy through BandBeam.
Website access and support
The Goodale Studios website host may process routine technical request data, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp, to deliver and secure the site. Website activity is separate from BandBeam’s local band records.
If you email support, Goodale Studios receives your email address and anything you include. Avoid sending private phone numbers, contracts, venue credentials, or other sensitive band information unless it is necessary for the request.
Data sale, tracking, children, and changes
Goodale Studios does not sell BandBeam app data and does not use it for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.
BandBeam is a band-planning tool and is not directed to children under 13. It does not include public profiles, open chat, or social feeds.
We may update this policy when BandBeam, Apple services, or legal requirements change. A revised policy will show a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@goodalestudios.com.
