Overview
BullQuest is an educational market simulation from Goodale Studios. This policy explains the information used by the app, optional purchases, advertising services when enabled, and the choices available to players.
BullQuest does not provide brokerage services, execute real trades, or use real money for simulated investments. BullCash is fictional game currency with no cash value.
Information stored on your device
BullQuest stores game progress locally on your device, including your fictional portfolio, BullCash balance, tutorial progress, settings, badges, scenario results, and completed purchase transaction identifiers used to prevent duplicate rewards.
Goodale Studios does not operate an account system for BullQuest and does not receive this local game progress from the app.
App Store purchases
Optional BullCash packs are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Goodale Studios receives transaction status and a transaction identifier needed to verify and fulfill the purchase. Goodale Studios does not receive your full payment-card details.
Apple processes purchase information under Apple’s own privacy policy. Consumable BullCash is fictional game currency and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money.
Optional rewarded advertising
BullQuest offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Players choose whether to view a rewarded ad; normal educational gameplay and tutorials do not require watching one. A completed rewarded ad grants the amount of BullCash shown before playback.
Google AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, and other information needed to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and limit repetition. Consent and advertising choices are provided where required. Google handles this information under the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
BullQuest does not use health, financial-account, brokerage, school, or classroom data for advertising. The simulation does not contain real financial-account information.
How information is used
Information is used to save progress, verify optional purchases, grant earned rewards, maintain app security, diagnose failures, comply with law, and provide support requested by the player.
Goodale Studios does not sell personal information collected directly through BullQuest.
Retention, deletion, and choices
Local game information remains on the device until the player resets the game or deletes the app. Reset Game clears gameplay progress while preserving the unspent portion of BullCash purchased on that device. Deleting the app removes locally stored BullQuest data, including consumable BullCash that has not been spent. Purchase records may also be retained by Apple under Apple’s policies and by Goodale Studios when required for transaction integrity, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Players can reset gameplay progress from BullQuest Settings, manage device advertising permissions in iOS Settings, and request help or deletion of support correspondence by emailing support@goodalestudios.com.
Children and age-appropriate advertising
BullQuest is not designed to collect personal information from children. If BullQuest is offered in a children’s category or to a child-directed audience, personalized or behavioral advertising will not be used and additional age-appropriate safeguards will apply.
Security and third parties
Goodale Studios uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Service providers used for purchases, advertising, diagnostics, or hosting are required to handle information under their own policies and applicable privacy requirements. Goodale Studios requires providers receiving BullQuest data to provide protections consistent with this policy and applicable App Store requirements.
