No. BullQuest is an educational simulation. It does not connect to a brokerage, execute real trades, or provide financial advice. BullCash has no real-world cash value.

BullCash packs are optional consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. They add fictional game currency used only inside BullQuest. BullCash cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for money.

Reset Game preserves the unspent portion of BullCash purchased on that device. Because BullCash is a consumable purchase and BullQuest has no account system, it cannot be restored after it has been spent or after the app is deleted. If a completed purchase was not credited, email support@goodalestudios.com with BullQuest in the subject line and include the date and Apple receipt details available to you. Never email payment-card information.

No. BullQuest uses optional Google AdMob rewarded videos. Choosing to watch one grants 500 BullCash after the ad confirms completion. Core educational gameplay does not require ads.

Take a screenshot if it is safe to do so and email support@goodalestudios.com with the approximate date, time, and country. Do not include sensitive personal information.

Use Reset Game in BullQuest Settings to clear the local portfolio, achievements, and learning progress while preserving unspent BullCash purchased on that device. Delete the app to remove all locally stored BullQuest data, including remaining consumable BullCash.
