Zentrilio
These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple’s platform rules.
Goodale Studios grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Zentrilio for personal entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable platform rules.
Zentrilio may offer three optional consumable gold packs: a Gold Pouch containing 500 gold, a Gold Chest containing 1,500 gold, and a Gold Vault containing 4,000 gold. The price Apple displays at checkout applies. The current app does not offer subscriptions.
Apple processes billing and refund requests under its own terms. Consumable gold is delivered to the local game save, has no cash value, is nontransferable, and ordinarily cannot be restored after it has been used or after local app data is deleted. A pending or unconfirmed transaction may be retried so a completed purchase can be delivered.
Progress is stored locally. Deleting the app, resetting app data, changing devices, or losing a device may permanently remove progress, equipment, and unspent gold. Goodale Studios does not guarantee cloud backup or restoration.
Virtual items, currency, spells, equipment, and rewards are licensed for use inside Zentrilio. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money, or used outside the app.
Gameplay, progression, item balance, content, compatibility, pricing, and platform availability may change as Zentrilio evolves. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, platform changes, security, or circumstances outside Goodale Studios’ control.
Do not reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, resell, or use the app unlawfully. Parents or guardians should approve use by minors, and purchases require authorization from the holder of the payment account.
Zentrilio, its artwork, code, audio, characters, names, and other content are owned by Peter Goodale or licensed to Goodale Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
