Agreement and Apple terms
Effective July 17, 2026. These TrainerLoop Terms of Use supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement that governs your license to the app. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls. These Terms do not replace rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
By downloading, purchasing, or using TrainerLoop, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.
What TrainerLoop provides
TrainerLoop provides local tools for dog, client, exercise, session, and progress records; tools that organize a spoken or typed recap into an editable plan draft; general reward-based lessons and practice guidance; and user-controlled text and PDF sharing through Apple’s share sheet.
Personal and Business workspaces do not make TrainerLoop a marketplace, client communication service, cloud record system, professional credentialing body, veterinary service, or emergency service.
License and acceptable use
Your license is governed by the Apple Standard EULA and Apple’s Usage Rules. You may use TrainerLoop for your lawful personal or business purposes.
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, violate law or another person’s rights, remove ownership notices, redistribute or sell the app or lesson content, or copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your records and responsibilities
You retain rights in the names, notes, photos, transcripts, plans, and other material you enter. Because this content stays on your device unless you share it, you do not grant Goodale Studios an ongoing license to host or publish it.
- Enter only information you are authorized to use and keep it accurate.
- Obtain permissions and provide privacy notices required for client records and dog photos.
- Review and edit every transcript and plan before relying on or sharing it.
- Choose lawful, secure recipients and protect exported records.
- Maintain device backups if you require recovery beyond local storage.
Training, safety, and professional-care disclaimer
TrainerLoop provides general educational and organizational information. It does not provide veterinary advice, medical care, behavioral diagnosis, emergency services, trainer certification, legal or business advice, an individualized treatment plan, or certification for service, assistance, therapy, emotional-support, or other specially designated animals.
Dog behavior varies with health, history, environment, handling, equipment, and other facts an app cannot fully assess. You are responsible for supervision, safe locations and equipment, local law, and protecting people and animals.
Stop training and seek appropriate help for pain, illness, sudden behavior change, panic, severe fear, aggression, guarding, a bite, or bite risk. Contact a veterinarian or emergency animal service for medical or urgent concerns and a qualified reward-based behavior professional for individualized assessment.
Drafts, transcripts, and results
Speech recognition and text organization may contain errors, omit context, or place information in the wrong field. TrainerLoop does not independently verify a transcript, invent a professional prescription, or guarantee that a lesson or user-authored plan is appropriate for a particular dog.
Always review and correct the owner preview before use or sharing. Training outcomes are not guaranteed.
TrainerLoop Pro subscriptions
TrainerLoop Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store. The price and billing period Apple shows before purchase control the transaction. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, taxes, Family Sharing availability, and refunds under its terms and storefront rules.
Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple before renewal is processed. Deleting TrainerLoop does not cancel a subscription. TrainerLoop includes Restore purchases for eligible purchases.
The free tier includes three complete Academy lessons and up to three completed plans. Active Pro unlocks all 15 current lessons and unlimited completed plans. If Pro expires, existing records, drafts, completed plans, exercises, lesson progress, and history remain accessible.
Goodale Studios may improve, replace, add, or retire features and lesson content over time, subject to the Apple Standard EULA and consumer law. A subscription provides access to then-current Pro features during the paid period and does not promise a particular future feature or training result.
External services and privacy
TrainerLoop relies on Apple services for purchases, speech permissions, photo selection, and sharing and may link to third-party educational resources. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Goodale Studios does not control their availability, accuracy, security, or content.

Ownership
TrainerLoop, its design, software, original lesson text, branding, and publisher-provided content are owned by Goodale Studios or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Apple and third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property.
Availability, warranties, and liability
TrainerLoop is provided subject to the warranties and remedies in the Apple Standard EULA and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted, TrainerLoop and its content are provided as is and as available without a promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free transcription, data recovery, suitability for a particular dog, or a particular training or business result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodale Studios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use, loss of local records, reliance on an unreviewed plan, training decisions, animal behavior, or a third-party service. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Termination, changes, and contact
You may stop using TrainerLoop and delete it at any time. Your license ends as required by the Apple Standard EULA or if you materially violate these Terms. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple. Provisions that by nature should continue remain effective after use ends.
We may update these Terms when TrainerLoop, Apple requirements, or applicable law changes. A revised page will show a new date, and material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate.
