NextProof
Effective July 20, 2026. These NextProof Terms of Use supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement that governs your license to the app. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
By downloading, purchasing, or using NextProof, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
NextProof is a personal organization and reflection tool for capturing, structuring, reviewing, and exporting career evidence. It can also show evidence patterns and help you explore assumptions around a career decision.
NextProof does not provide employment, financial, legal, tax, human-resources, or professional career advice and does not promise employment, promotion, compensation, clients, business results, or any other career outcome.
You retain ownership of the notes, evidence, and other content you enter. You give the app permission to process it only as needed to provide features you request, including local structuring, private sync, reminders, and exports.
On-device language models and the local fallback may produce incomplete, generic, misplaced, or inaccurate text. Scenario exploration exposes assumptions and suggests small experiments; it is not a prediction.
You remain responsible for reviewing generated content and for every employment, business, financial, or personal decision you make.
NextProof Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store. The localized price and billing period Apple shows before purchase control the transaction. Apple handles payment, renewal, taxes, cancellation, eligible refunds, and storefront rules.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal is processed. You can manage or cancel in App Store settings. Deleting NextProof does not cancel a subscription, and Restore purchases is available in the app.
The free tier includes seven active proof entries, trajectory insights, packet preview, and private iCloud sync. Active Pro unlocks an unlimited vault, decision simulations, weekly reminders, and PDF export.
Do not use NextProof to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, store content you are not authorized to possess, disrupt the app, abuse App Store services, or copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.
The NextProof Privacy Policy at goodalestudios.com/nextproof/privacy explains how the app handles private records, on-device processing, iCloud sync, purchases, reminders, sharing, website access, and support requests.
NextProof relies on Apple services for iCloud, purchases, speech permissions, notifications, and sharing. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Goodale Studios may improve, replace, add, suspend, or retire features over time, subject to the Apple Standard EULA and applicable consumer law. Device capability, iCloud, App Store services, and storage conditions can affect operation.
To the fullest extent permitted, NextProof and generated content are provided as is and as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, data recovery, or a particular career result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodale Studios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from career decisions, lost opportunities, loss of records, reliance on generated content, or third-party services. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
You may stop using NextProof and delete it at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.
We may update these Terms when NextProof, Apple requirements, or applicable law changes. A revised page will show a new effective date.
