Before you start
NextProof is coming soon. This guide explains the current published product direction so readers can understand the planned experience without implying that a public store release is already available.
NextProof is coming soon. Its published design uses on-device intelligence and local PDF creation, with supported private iCloud sync. Users review every generated field before saving or sharing.

The NextProof core journey
Use this sequence to understand the main flow. Individual screens and labels may evolve with updates, but the product goal remains consistent: turn daily work into career leverage.
- Capture while the evidence is fresh: Type or dictate the situation, action, result, feedback, metric, or lesson before the names and numbers blur together.
- Review the structure: Check the proposed headline, outcome, skills, evidence, metric, and next move. Correct anything incomplete or overstated.
- Add useful context: Record the scope, constraints, collaborators, and measurable result needed to make the entry credible later without copying confidential material.
- Watch the trajectory: Use patterns across results, trust, capability, and resilience to see which kinds of work are actually compounding.
- Create the right output: Select relevant evidence for a private review, interview, proposal, promotion discussion, decision experiment, or local PDF packet.

How to know the session worked
The vault succeeds when a future opportunity can be answered with specific, reviewable evidence instead of a rushed attempt to remember the year.
