Agreement and business use
These Terms apply to Green Pro 365. By downloading, subscribing to, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Green Pro 365 is provided for lawful business use by property-service operators. You are responsible for your business decisions, customer agreements, employee practices, taxes, licenses, insurance, and legal compliance.
Accounts and authorized users
You must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials, assign appropriate roles, and promptly remove access for anyone no longer authorized. You are responsible for activity performed through your business account except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew through Apple unless canceled through Apple subscription settings. Prices, included limits, trials, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Apple handles subscription billing, refunds, and payment credentials under its policies.
Customer invoice payments, if enabled, are separate transactions between the service business and its customer. Payment-provider fees, disputes, refunds, taxes, and merchant obligations remain the responsibility of the service business unless expressly stated otherwise.
Records and field operations
You are responsible for reviewing estimates, schedules, routes, weather information, service triggers, invoices, chemical records, and communications before relying on or sending them. Route and weather information can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and must not replace field judgment.
Photos, timestamps, checklists, and snow-service logs are operational aids. They do not guarantee legal compliance, prove that every contractual duty was satisfied, or replace properly drafted contracts, insurance, safety procedures, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, access another business’s records without authorization, upload unlawful content, send deceptive or unlawful messages, interfere with security, reverse engineer restricted components, or use the app to violate privacy, employment, communications, payment, environmental, or chemical-application laws.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Green Pro 365 reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Apple services, networks, weather, mapping, payment, email, and messaging providers can experience outages or change their services. Features can be improved, replaced, limited, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, compatibility, or product operation.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Pro 365 is provided as available without warranties not expressly required by law. Goodale Studios is not responsible for business losses caused by inaccurate user entries, missed service, unsafe field decisions, failed communications, customer disputes, provider outages, or use contrary to documentation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Some jurisdictions provide mandatory consumer or business rights that continue to apply.
Termination and contact
You can stop using Green Pro 365 and cancel a paid plan through Apple. Access can be suspended for fraud, unlawful use, security threats, nonpayment, or material violation of these Terms. Export records you are required to retain before deleting the app or account.
