Goodale’s Travels
These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple’s platform rules.
Goodale Studios grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Goodale’s Travels for personal entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable platform rules.
Game progress is stored locally. Deleting the app, resetting app data, changing devices, or losing a device may permanently remove progress. Goodale Studios does not guarantee cloud backup or restoration.
Features, content, progression, balance, compatibility, release timing, and availability may change as the app evolves. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, platform changes, security, or circumstances outside Goodale Studios’ control.
If a version of Goodale’s Travels offers in-app purchases, the price and product type shown by Apple at the time of purchase apply. Apple processes billing and refund requests under its own terms. Goodale Studios does not process payment-card information.
Virtual items and game resources are licensed for use inside the app. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be affected by gameplay changes. Consumable items, if offered, are ordinarily not restorable after they have been used.
Do not reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, resell, or use the app unlawfully. Parents or guardians should approve use by minors, and purchases require authorization from the holder of the payment account.
Goodale’s Travels, its artwork, code, audio, characters, names, and other content are owned by Peter Goodale or licensed to Goodale Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
