Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading or using Evellure, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the app in compliance with applicable laws.

Professional records

Evellure is a business organization tool, not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or safety advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, your services, your client communications, and any consent or retention requirements that apply to your business.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable App Store subscriptions. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple's billing, cancellation, and refund rules apply.

Apple services and permissions

Calendar sync, notifications, and purchases depend on Apple services and permissions. Those services may be unavailable or changed by Apple, your account provider, device settings, or network conditions. You are responsible for reviewing synced events and maintaining appropriate backups.

License and acceptable use

Goodale Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Evellure for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not misuse the app, attempt to circumvent purchase verification, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Availability and changes

Features may be improved, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Goodale Studios may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evellure is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Goodale Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
