Errand Arc
These Terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for Errand Arc. By downloading, purchasing, or using Errand Arc, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
Goodale Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Errand Arc on Apple devices associated with your Apple Account, subject to those terms and applicable law.
Errand Arc organizes information you provide and produces an estimated stop order, distance, and duration. It does not provide live traffic prediction, guarantee arrival before a deadline, verify business hours or inventory, reserve an appointment, or replace Apple Maps navigation.
You are responsible for reviewing the route, confirming hours and appointment rules, following road conditions and laws, and handling food, medication, fragile goods, or other property safely. Do not interact with the app while driving.
The free tier includes the limits and features described in the current app and official product page. Errand Arc Pro may be offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and as a lifetime non-consumable purchase. The localized price, billing period, and terms Apple shows before purchase control the transaction.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal is processed. Apple handles payment, taxes, cancellation, eligible refunds, Family Sharing availability, and storefront rules. Deleting the app or local data does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the places, notes, schedules, and other information you enter. Keep device backups appropriate for records you cannot afford to lose. Goodale Studios cannot remotely restore the local Errand Arc database.
Location permission, notifications, MapKit, Apple Maps, App Store purchases, device storage, and backup can be unavailable or change. Their providers' terms and technical limits apply.
Do not use Errand Arc to violate law, trespass, harass another person, store information you are not authorized to possess, interfere with the app or Apple services, reverse engineer restricted components, or create a dangerous distraction while operating a vehicle, bicycle, or equipment.
Goodale Studios works to keep Errand Arc reliable but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may be improved, replaced, limited, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for compatibility, safety, security, compliance, or product operation, subject to applicable consumer law and App Store obligations.
Future premium tools are included only when and while they are released as part of the applicable Pro entitlement. No specific unreleased feature or release date is promised by that phrase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Errand Arc is provided as is and as available without warranties not expressly required by law. Goodale Studios is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate entries, missed hours or appointments, route or map errors, unsafe decisions, spoiled or damaged property, platform outages, or use contrary to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Some jurisdictions provide consumer protections that continue to apply.
You may stop using Errand Arc and delete it at any time. Goodale Studios may suspend access where permitted if the app is abused or these Terms are materially violated. Subscription cancellation remains a separate Apple process.
