Agreement and license
These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple’s platform rules.
Goodale Studios grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Crack the Vault for personal entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules.
All-ages use
Crack the Vault is designed for a general audience. A parent or guardian should review these terms, supervise use by a minor, and manage the device’s privacy, family, and advertising settings.
Advertising and optional rewards
Crack the Vault may offer optional rewarded advertisements for in-game benefits such as a signal hint, bonus time, a doubled payout, or bonus coins. The reward is granted only after the advertising service confirms completion.
The game may also show frequency-capped full-screen ads at natural breaks. Advertising availability and content depend on third-party services and may vary by region, age, consent choice, device, and network conditions.
Progress and virtual content
Coins, XP, ranks, stars, skins, rewards, and other virtual content have no cash value, are nontransferable, and are licensed only for use inside Crack the Vault.
Game progress is stored locally. Deleting the app, removing app data, changing devices, or losing a device may remove progress. Goodale Studios does not guarantee cloud backup or restoration.
Game changes and availability
Gameplay, levels, rewards, timing, balance, advertising, compatibility, visual content, and release availability may change as Crack the Vault evolves. Features may be interrupted by maintenance, platform changes, network conditions, or events outside Goodale Studios’ control.
Responsible use
Do not exploit bugs, manipulate rewards, interfere with advertising or game services, reverse engineer the app except where law permits, redistribute its content, or use it unlawfully.
Intellectual property and warranties
Crack the Vault, its artwork, code, audio, interface, names, and other content are owned by Peter Goodale or licensed to Goodale Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The game is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Goodale Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, ad availability, specific rewards, or preservation of local progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
