Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading or using BullQuest, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use BullQuest in compliance with applicable laws.

Educational simulation

BullQuest is a fictional market-learning game. It does not connect to a brokerage, execute real trades, hold real financial assets, or provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Market prices, companies, news, scenarios, scores, and outcomes in BullQuest are simulated for entertainment and education. They do not predict real-market performance. You are responsible for any real-world financial decisions you make outside the app.

BullCash and optional purchases

BullCash is fictional game currency with no cash value. It cannot be transferred, withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for money or real-world goods. Goodale Studios may adjust gameplay rewards, prices, and virtual items as the game evolves, subject to applicable law.

Optional BullCash packs are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. The price is shown before purchase, and Apple’s payment, refund, and purchase rules apply. Reset Game preserves unspent purchased BullCash on that device, but consumed BullCash and BullCash removed when the app is deleted cannot be restored because BullQuest does not use player accounts.

Optional rewarded advertising

BullQuest may offer optional rewarded advertisements. The reward and any viewing requirement are shown before playback. A reward is granted only after the advertising service confirms completion. Core educational gameplay does not require watching an ad.

Advertising availability, content, and completion signals depend on third-party services and may vary by device, age, consent choice, region, and network conditions. Report inappropriate ads through BullQuest Support with the information requested there.

License and acceptable use

Goodale Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BullQuest on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules.

You may not exploit bugs or purchase verification, manipulate rewards, interfere with the app or advertising services, reverse engineer BullQuest except where applicable law permits, redistribute its content, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Availability and changes

Features, simulated content, rewards, advertising, and purchase offerings may be improved, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Online services may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, provider changes, or events outside Goodale Studios’ control.

Goodale Studios may update these terms when BullQuest, applicable services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullQuest is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Goodale Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific learning results, simulated returns, ad availability, or preservation of data after the app is deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodale Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of BullQuest. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
