Agreement and Apple terms
Effective July 31, 2026. These BandBeam Terms of Use supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement that governs your license to the app. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
By downloading, purchasing, or using BandBeam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What BandBeam provides
BandBeam is an organization and planning tool for starting a band, maintaining songs and setlists, researching venues, drafting communications, preparing shows, and calculating an intended payout split.
BandBeam does not act as a booking agent, manager, attorney, accountant, payment processor, venue, promoter, rights organization, or safety professional. It does not promise a booking, audience, payment, availability, or other result.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the band information and original content you enter. You give the app permission to process it only as needed to provide features you request on your device.
- Enter and share only material you are authorized to use.
- Review dates, durations, contacts, deal terms, pitches, and payout figures before relying on them.
- Obtain any music, performance, recording, publicity, venue, or other permissions and licenses your activity requires.
- Follow venue rules, contracts, laws, age restrictions, noise limits, and safe load-in and performance practices.
Band names and generated drafts
Band-name ideas, booking pitches, and other drafts are creative starting points. They may be incomplete, unsuitable, inaccurate, or similar to names or wording already used by someone else.
Before adopting a band name or sending a pitch, you are responsible for reviewing and editing it and for checking relevant trademark records, businesses, artists, domains, social accounts, streaming services, and marketplaces. Goodale Studios does not clear or guarantee a generated name.
BandBeam Premium subscriptions
BandBeam Premium is planned as an optional auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. The localized price and billing period Apple shows before purchase will control the transaction. Apple handles payment, renewal, taxes, cancellation, eligible refunds, and storefront rules.
When subscriptions are available, they will renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal is processed. You can manage or cancel in App Store settings, and Restore purchases is available in the app. Deleting BandBeam does not cancel a subscription.
Goodale Studios may adjust free limits or Premium features for future versions, subject to Apple rules, applicable law, and access already purchased for the relevant subscription period.
Privacy, storage, and external services
The BandBeam Privacy Policy at goodalestudios.com/bandbeam/privacy explains local records, purchases, sharing, website access, and support requests.
BandBeam relies on Apple services for purchases and the system share sheet. Those services and any destination you choose have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability, warranties, and liability
Goodale Studios may improve, replace, add, suspend, or retire features over time, subject to the Apple Standard EULA and applicable consumer law. Device storage, iOS, App Store services, and third-party destinations can affect operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BandBeam is provided as is and as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, data recovery, a successful booking, or payment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodale Studios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from missed shows, booking communications, deal terms, band-name disputes, equipment, permissions, payouts, record loss, or third-party services. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
