HVAC Toolbox Pro
These Terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for HVAC Toolbox Pro. By downloading, purchasing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
Goodale Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use HVAC Toolbox Pro on compatible Apple devices associated with your Apple Account, subject to those terms and applicable law.
HVAC Toolbox Pro applies common HVAC, TAB, hydronic, airside, refrigeration, electrical, and field relationships to user-entered values. It is a calculation and documentation aid, not a substitute for calibrated instruments, project documents, manufacturer data, commissioning requirements, applicable codes and standards, equipment-selection procedures, or qualified professional judgment.
You are responsible for confirming every input, unit, assumption, formula applicability, result, interpretation, and action. Do not use the app as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision, code determination, conductor or equipment selection, system charge, combustion adjustment, or work outside your training, license, authorization, or scope.
You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, retention, confidentiality, and authorized use of company, customer, site, system, technician, job, checklist, note, and calculation information entered into the app.
Review every PDF and CSV export before sharing it. A generated report documents the information recorded in the app; it does not certify that a system is safe, compliant, complete, commissioned, balanced, warranted, or accepted by a customer or authority.
The localized price, compatibility, taxes, purchase terms, refunds, Family Sharing availability, and regional availability shown by Apple control the App Store transaction. The current product is intended as a paid download and does not promise a recurring subscription service.
Device storage, backup, share destinations, and App Store services can be unavailable or change. Keep independent copies of records you are professionally or legally required to retain. Goodale Studios cannot remotely recover the app's local database.
Do not use HVAC Toolbox Pro to violate law, exceed your authorization, expose confidential customer or project information, falsify readings or service records, interfere with the app or platform security, reverse engineer restricted components, or create deceptive reports.
Goodale Studios works to keep HVAC Toolbox Pro useful and reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations, or suitability for every project, system, instrument, jurisdiction, or professional purpose. Features and documented relationships can be corrected or improved in future versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without warranties not expressly required by law. Goodale Studios is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate inputs, misuse, unverified results, missed requirements, unsafe field decisions, lost local records, or reports shared without review. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.
